Job Description:

Support the Operations Manager with all administrative requirements as required including drafting of communication on their behalf, minute taking, scheduling of meetings and appointments and or any travel requirements.

We are looking for a strong administrator with SAGE Evolution experience with all round administrative experience. We are based in Boksburg so reliable transport will be essential.

• System Amendments
• Pricing updates
• Description Updates/Changes
• Google Marketing
• General overall administrative tasks
• Filing
• Mails
• Appointments
• Minute taking
• Diary management
• International Orders
• Capturing PO’s on the system and ensuring accuracy
• Completing and following up on overseas claims
• Stock take set up and control (bi-annual as required)
• Any reasonable adhoc tasks as required by your manager
