Retail Assistants

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining store cleanliness, and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and provide them with a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
2. Assist customers in finding products and offer recommendations based on their needs.
3. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring correct change and proper documentation.
4. Maintain a clean and organized selling floor, including shelves, racks, and display areas.
5. Restock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked at all times.
6. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales in order to effectively communicate them to customers.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to the supervisor if necessary.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
