This learnership will provide hands-on experience and training in a designated field, ultimately aiming to prepare participants for meaningful employment opportunities. Responsibilities:
1. Participate fully in the learnership program, attending all scheduled training sessions and workshops.
2. Acquire and apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills, as instructed by the training facilitators.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the designated field and its industry standards.
