Recruitment Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every applicant.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
-Review applications, schedule interviews, and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
-Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and coordinate the interview process.
-Represent the company’s culture and values through professional communication and candidate engagement.
-Track recruitment activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

-A good understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing tools (preferred).

Compensation:
Salary Range: R6,000 – R8,000, depending on experience.
