Personal Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a manager with both professional and occasional personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone who can stay on top of multiple responsibilities, work efficiently, and handle day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.

You will play a key role in keeping schedules on track, communication flowing, and administrative tasks running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and general correspondence
• Organise and maintain the manager's calendar, including meetings and appointments
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, reporting, and document management
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other necessary records
• Support with ad hoc personal errands when required
• Assist with basic recruitment tasks for the department when needed
• Help manage purchase orders and related admin processes

What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role is beneficial but not essential
• Familiarity with office systems and general administrative processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Valid Code 8 driver's license and own reliable vehicle

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Salary:
• R6,000 – R14,000
