IT Support Specialist

We are actively seeking both Senior and Junior IT Support Specialists to join our team. These positions are well-suited for proactive professionals who are passionate about IT support, adapt at problem-solving, and committed to continuous learning. Successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure while providing effective assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior IT Support Specialist:
- Deliver frontline technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and related peripherals.
- Provide support for routine IT inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
- Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and foundational IT projects under supervision.
- Maintain precise documentation and contribute to the development of knowledge base resources.

Senior IT Support Specialist:
- Deliver advanced technical support to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Oversee and manage escalated support tickets from junior team members, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Troubleshoot and address network performance, configuration, and connectivity challenges.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement, maintain, and optimize the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure.


Requirements for all applicants:
- Solid understanding of operating systems, including Windows and/or Linux.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information and effectively resolve issues.

Junior Role Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in IT troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license is advantageous.

Senior Role Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in system administration and advanced technical troubleshooting.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ownership of a reliable vehicle and possession of a valid Code 8 driver’s license
