Client liaison

We’re looking for a Client Liaison to join our team and be the link between our clients and our internal teams. You’ll help clients get the support they need while building strong relationships that keep them coming back.

What You’ll Do
• Be the main point of contact for clients and assist with their questions and requests.
• Build strong and positive relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and make sure they receive the right support.
• Work with different teams to ensure clients are happy and requirements are met.
• Share client feedback and requests with the relevant teams.
• Help identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products or services.
• Assist the sales team when bringing new clients on board.
• Keep track of client accounts and follow up when needed.
• Handle and resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
• Help create a smooth and positive experience for every client.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Previous client liaison or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• 1 year of client liaison experience preferred.
• Sales experience or knowledge is an added advantage.

Salary
R6,000 – R14,000 per month
