Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure projects and client requests are completed successfully and on time.
• Communicate client feedback, expectations, and requirements to the relevant teams.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that could benefit existing clients.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our services.
• Monitor client satisfaction, account performance, and retention while maintaining accurate client records.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, always striving for positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure all client interactions are documented.

Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Previous sales or account management experience will be advantageous.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Salary
R6,000 – R14,000 per month
