Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Schedule and coordinate meetings between consultants and prospective clients
*Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and team members
*Manage calendars and booking systems to ensure smooth scheduling
*Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and share relevant information
*Keep the team informed with up-to-date scheduling details
*Log all client interactions and appointments accurately in our CRM

What You Bring to the Team:
*Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
*Friendly, confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
*Experience with CRM platforms or scheduling tools is a plus
*Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
