Booking Agent

We are looking for a motivated and organised Booking Agent to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our sales process running smoothly by coordinating appointments and connecting potential clients with our sales representatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Scheduling appointments and meetings between clients and sales representatives.
• Communicating professionally with clients and team members to coordinate bookings efficiently.
• Managing calendars and scheduling systems to avoid conflicts and maximise productivity.
• Confirming appointments and following up with clients when needed.
• Assisting the sales team with accurate and timely booking information.
• Maintaining detailed records of appointments and customer interactions on the CRM system.

Salary Range:
