We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Orders Processor to handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify order details and ensure all information is complete.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any issues.
Manage inventory levels and notify management of low stock items.
Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Proven experience as an Orders Processor, Order Clerk, or similar role.
Strong computer skills, including experience with order processing software and MS Office.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
