Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and professional Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and can confidently handle multiple responsibilities while supporting management daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing calls, messages, and correspondence professionally.
• Handling requests, queries, and daily administrative tasks efficiently.
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing diaries.
• Completing spreadsheets, reports, and general office administration.
• Assisting management with day-to-day personal and business-related tasks when required.
• Assisting with recruitment for the department where necessary.
• Processing and assisting with Purchase Orders (POs).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Experience:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous but not essential — personality, reliability, and work ethic matter most.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00

Salary Range:
R6 000 – R14 000 per month
