Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support. This role requires excellent time management, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will work closely with the manager, handling both professional and occasional personal tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Skills:

- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous but not required.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of English (verbal & written).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

- Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Handle requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain the manager’s schedule, including setting up meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other essential documents.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as running errands or arranging refreshments.
- Coordinate the recruitment of staff when required for the manager’s department.
- Provide support with purchase orders (POs) and related administrative tasks.
