Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Personal Assistant with personality — someone organised and professional, but also naturally outgoing, friendly, and confident around people.

This is a varied role supporting management with the day-to-day running of the business. You will need to be comfortable communicating with clients, handling different responsibilities and stepping in wherever support is needed.

The role will include:
• Managing appointments, schedules, and general administration
• Assisting with daily tasks and organisation
• Communicating with clients and handling follow-ups
• Assisting with meetings and arrangements
• Coordinating various business-related tasks
• Running occasional errands and assisting with tasks outside the office
• Keeping track of priorities and ensuring things get done on time

The right person will be:
• Outgoing, bubbly and approachable
• Confident when speaking to clients and colleagues
• Professional, well-presented, and personable
• Highly organised and dependable
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
• Someone who enjoys a busy and varied working environment

Requirements:
• Valid driver's licence
• Own reliable vehicle
• Previous PA, administrative or similar experience will be beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable travelling locally when required

Remuneration
R 8 000 – R 14 000

Monday – Friday Full-Time
