Job Description:

Graphic Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling design solutions across both digital and print platforms, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and effectively communicate strategic objectives.
This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual assets for digital and print media
• Develop layouts, graphics, and illustrations for marketing campaigns, websites, and brand collateral
• Design logos, social media content, and promotional materials aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to interpret briefs and translate concepts into effective visual solutions
• Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining consistency and quality
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project requirements
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovative output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality

Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Graphic Design or similar role
• Strong, well-presented portfolio demonstrating creative and technical ability
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Own reliable laptop
• Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field (advantageous but not essential)

R8 000 – R15 000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level
