Job Description:

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Field Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and achieving results.
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will meet with potential clients, present our products and services, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You'll manage your own client visits while working towards achievable sales targets in a rewarding, commission-based environment.

Salary Potential: R5,300 – R20,000+ per month

Package Includes: Basic Salary + Petrol Allowance + Car Allowance + Toll Allowance + Uncapped Commission (Zero Baseline)

Responsibilities
• Visit potential clients and present our products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets

Requirements
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence
• Reliable vehicle for daily client visits
• Own laptop
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Goal-driven with the ability to work independently
• Professional presentation and positive attitude

Working Hours
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00
