Debt Collecting Agent

We are looking for a motivated and target-focused Debt Recovery Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients and customers with outstanding balances, working towards securing full payment. You will negotiate flexible payment plans, keep precise records of all interactions, and ensure full adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reaching out to clients via phone and email to recover outstanding debts.
- Negotiating repayment terms and settlements to ensure full debt resolution.
- Keeping precise and comprehensive records of all collection activities.
- Addressing client concerns and resolving disputes related to unpaid debts.
- Proactively following up on overdue accounts and tracking payment schedules.
- Ensuring all debt collection efforts are in full compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of debt recovery practices and legal regulations.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively in team settings.
- Exceptional at maintaining accuracy and staying organized.

Salary:
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from R6,000 to R8,000 based on experience and qualifications.
