Client Coordinator:

We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively. This role is suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Gain a thorough understanding of client needs and coordinate the delivery of appropriate solutions.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services and successful delivery of client requirements.
• Accurately communicate client feedback, expectations, and requirements to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including up selling and cross-selling of additional products or services.
• Support the on boarding of new clients in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to support retention and business growth.
• Proactively manage and resolve any client issues or service-related challenges.

Minimum Requirements
• Reliable personal vehicle (essential).
• Valid driver’s license (essential).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a client coordination or client-facing role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.

Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• This is a full-time position.

Remuneration
• Monthly salary: R6,000 – R14,000 (dependent on experience)
