Job Description:

We’re looking for a Booking Clerk to join our sales team and help connect our sales representatives with potential clients.

If you’re organized, friendly, confident when speaking to people, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Your Main Responsibilities

Book appointments and meetings for our sales representatives.
Contact potential clients and arrange suitable appointment times.
Confirm appointments and follow up with clients when needed.
Manage calendars and keep bookings organized.
Communicate appointment details clearly to clients and the sales team.
Keep client and booking information updated on our systems.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments run smoothly.
Help maintain a professional and positive experience for every client.
What We’re Looking For

Good communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A positive, confident, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
Experience with CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
Previous experience in bookings, customer service, administration, or sales is an advantage.
