Eco Web is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in keeping the team organized and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry into spreadsheets, databases, or systems
- Helping with basic reports, forms, and documents
- Following up with clients/customers or assisting with bookings
- Customer service support, depending on the department
- Working closely with different teams to help the business run smoothly

Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeaner.
- Are comfortable using a computer (typing, emails, basic software).
- Enjoy organizing, planning, or helping others.
- Have good attention to detail and can follow instructions.
- Can handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure (training will help!).
- No prior experience required—we value motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
