Personal Assistant

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and motivated Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the manager. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and the manager's diary.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Support the manager with occasional personal errands when required.
• Provide support with purchase orders (POs) and other administrative processes (training provided).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn office software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
