Debt Collector

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Debt Collector to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients with outstanding debts, facilitating timely payments, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Your ability to negotiate payment plans, maintain accurate records, and handle client inquiries will be key to your success.

Contact clients via phone and email to recover outstanding debts.
Negotiate repayment terms and settlements to maximize debt recovery.
Maintain precise records of all collection activities and communications.
Address client inquiries and resolve disputes related to outstanding balances.
Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on payment arrangements.
Ensure all collection efforts comply with legal regulations and company guidelines.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of debt collection laws and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with CRM software and financial management systems.
