Client Liaison

Client Liaison :
We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and highly motivated Client Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and is committed to building strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Communicate client feedback, requirements, and concerns to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and facilitate a smooth transition process.
• Monitor client accounts and key performance indicators to support client retention and account growth.
• Proactively resolve client issues and manage conflicts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and updates within the company's CRM system.

Minimum Requirements;
• Minimum of 1 year of client liaison or customer relationship experience (preferred).
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a similar industry or business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable, flexible, and capable of managing changing client needs and priorities.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer retention strategies will be advantageous.

Working Hours;
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Remuneration;
Salary Range: R6,000 – R14,000 per month
