Administrative assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you’re someone who loves keeping things running smoothly, staying on top of details, and jumping in to help wherever needed, you’ll fit right in. This role plays a key part in making sure our daily operations go off without a hitch. No previous experience? No problem—we’re more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming visitors and making them feel at home
• Answering phones, emails, and messages in a professional way
• Scheduling meetings and keeping our calendar on track
• Keeping our files and records organized (both online and offline)
• Helping with reports, presentations, and admin support for the team
• Managing office supplies and placing orders when needed
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks (don’t worry—we’ll show you how)
• Supporting general office operations and jumping in where needed
