Clinical Responsibilities
Perform professional skin consultations using the clinic's AI Skin Analysis System.
Develop customised treatment plans based on the client's concerns, goals and skin condition.
Perform advanced aesthetic skin treatments to the highest professional standard.
Deliver Environ and Lamelle protocols in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Perform treatments including (where qualified):
Chemical Peels
Microneedling
Dermaplaning
Environ DF Treatments
Environ Cool Peels
LED Therapy
Hydration Treatments
Anti-ageing Treatments
Acne Treatments
Pigmentation Treatments
Educate clients on treatment expectations, homecare and long-term skin health.
Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust treatment plans where necessary.
Retail & Client Experience
Recommend appropriate homecare products based on consultation findings.
Achieve monthly retail and treatment targets.
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
Encourage treatment plan compliance and client rebooking.
Follow up with clients where appropriate to monitor progress.
Clinic Operations
Prepare treatment rooms before every appointment.
Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organised and fully stocked.
Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards.
Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and operated correctly.
Report equipment faults immediately.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Ensure all consultation forms, treatment notes and client records are completed accurately.
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead by example in professionalism and work ethic.
Support, mentor and assist junior therapists.
Assist the owner in maintaining clinic standards.
Promote teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
Take ownership of daily responsibilities without constant supervision.
Contribute ideas to improve clinic operations and client experience.
Business Growth Responsibilities
Contribute towards achieving monthly clinic revenue targets.
Participate in marketing initiatives when required.
Assist with before-and-after photography.
Support social media content creation where appropriate.
Promote Five Point 5 SkinHouse professionally both inside and outside the clinic.
Represent the clinic in a positive and professional manner at all times.
