Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Junior Dermal Aesthetician or Somatologist who is passionate about skin health, professional facial treatments and achieving visible results.
This is a skin-focused position. The role does not include nails or lash extensions and is not focused on massage treatments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting professional skin consultations and skin assessments
• Performing Environ facials,
• Performing Lamelle professional facials and chemical peels
• Performing deep-cleansing, hydrating, acne, pigmentation, anti-ageing and sensitive-skin treatments
• Performing extractions safely and hygienically
• Performing microneedling and dermaplaning, where appropriately qualified and trained
• Using LED and other suitable facial-treatment equipment
• Developing appropriate treatment plans based on each client’s skin concerns
• Recommending suitable professional homecare products
• Educating clients about their skin, products and treatment journey
• Maintaining accurate consultation notes and treatment records
• Encouraging treatment-plan compliance, rebookings and retail sales
• Maintaining exceptionally clean, organised and fully prepared treatment rooms

Key Responsibilities:

Essential requirements:

• A recognised qualification in Somatology, or Dermal Aesthetics
• Practical, hands-on experience performing professional facial treatments
• Sound knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, contraindications and barrier health
• Formal brand-house training and professional product knowledge in Environ and/or Lamelle
• Certificates or proof of completed brand-house training must be provided
• Experience with professional consultations, treatment planning and homecare recommendations
• A strong understanding of pigmentation, acne, congestion, ageing, dehydration and sensitivity
• Professional, reliable, punctual and committed to excellent hygiene
• Confident communicating with clients and working towards treatment, retail and rebooking targets

Experience with Environ DF, Environ Cool Peels, Lamelle chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning and professional skin-analysis equipment will be highly advanta
